How do I know the card is authentic?
Graded cards come encapsulated by PSA, CGC or SGC, and every listing shows its certification number. You can look that number up on the PSA, CGC or SGC website before you buy.
Is the photo of the card I will get?
Yes. The photos are of the exact card that ships, not stock photos.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or busy periods may take a little longer. If the shipping method has tracking, you get the number.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost is shown in the cart before you pay.
How can I pay?
By card, ATH Móvil or PayPal. By card you pay on Stripe's secure page. With ATH Móvil or PayPal you reserve your order from your account and have 48 hours to send the payment.
Do you accept returns?
Because these are collectibles, all sales are final. If your card arrives damaged in shipping, is different from what you ordered or something is missing, write to us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and keep the packaging while we sort it out.
Do you ship outside Puerto Rico?
The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout. If international shipping is offered, the destination country's taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer.
Do you buy collections or take cards on consignment?
Yes. Write to us with what you have, with photos if you can, and we get back to you. See how it works on the Sell or consign your collection page.
How do the live raffles work?
You pick your spot from your account and send the payment as the raffle says. Once all spots are filled, the draw happens live.
How do the live auctions work?
During the live, each card comes up with a timer and you bid from the live page. To bid you need your account with a verified email, a saved card and your shipping address. If you win, we charge your saved card and ship it to you; if you win several in the same show, you pay shipping once. The full rules are in the terms.
